I notice there was a bit of chat on this regarding position for TTing.  I was wondering if foke were interested we could do a club night where you bring your TT bike along, and a turbo.  Then if we can get a digital camera, a laptop (with photoshop) and attach a few dots to peoples bony bits (lateral condyles on the knees) and trochanters on the femurs and we can sort out positions and reduce frontal surface area.

I've been meaning to do this at home, but its hard to get from the camera to the bike and get set up in the time the self-timer gives you Roll Eyes

The other aspect is if someone with experience is there a good eye counts for a lot.

Aright Craig!

This sounds interesting and would be as it could potentially be an experiment, so would be keen to give it a go to see if I can learn anything. Drop a pm if you'd like to arrange.

Cheers!

Excellent idea. I rode in a bad position for a couple of years, clocked slowish times and just thought I was rubbish. With a new bike and more aero position I now realise that I'm actually mediocre.
 Cheesy

Other ideas for club nights are bike maintenance - sorely lacking for a number of us, stretching and flexibility coaching and also positioning for road bikes too.
